The KP1(S) program operates on our science backed explosion cycle. These are the same principles I use to train MLB superstars!

FOUNDATION
Along with reducing the risk of injury long term, this develops a strong / stable base that prepares the body for maximum explosion which leads to direct power gains and multi plane athleticism.

MUSCLE ELASTICITY
Most programs don’t promote muscle elasticity. Without muscle elasticity your body cannot store and release energy efficiently which will ultimately limit your power output! Now that we have the foundation from Phase 1, we build on that and teach you how to store/release energy for head turning power production.

COIL
Everybody knows those teammates who have natural power without ever training or going to the gym. Well we have good news for you! We have identified the traits that makes those athletes so unique. This program will show you how they do it! We teach you how to generate power from the ground and how to properly coil to maximize your elastic power production.

EXPLOSION
The final phase of the program is about producing force! We improve nervous system firing and explosive fast twitch athleticism. Our main goal of phase 4 is to develop your rate of force so you can have effortless extra base hits!
